A privileged time giving you the opportunity to contact the real needs of your being. Individual sessions are focused on healing your soul, which can have as a side effect the healing of your physical body. The Vibration of Love, carried out during the contact at a distance, works at the cellular level on the reharmonization of your whole being.

During an individual session at a distance, you must make yourself available as if it were a session in person. At the time of the appointment, lie down or make yourself comfortable in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Relax and stay open to everything that can happen during this hour.

After the session, the message from the Guides channelled by Gaal will be sent to you by post or e-mail.

For appointments, write to gaiayoga@sogetel.net explaining your needs or your motivation for requesting a session at distance. You will then receive the necessary information (available times, cost, form of payment).

NB: Individual sessions “in person” are now reserved to people who are staying at the School.
