Both therapists and teachers, Reine-Claire and Gaal created Gaiayoga together in the spring of 1997, then founded and direct the School of Conscious Life, in Québec.

Their jobs:

  • To first live the changes themselves and then to teach them.
  • To share with you the fruits of their efforts, the keys they discovered in following the teachings and wisdom received from their personal Guides, the Guides of Chromatic Construction and the Guides of the New Humanity.
  • To reveal all the teachings concerning the chromatic construction, a very powerful tool that encourages the awakening of humanity.

Their tools, which they teach:

  • conscious sounds

  • cellular breathing
  • daily contact with the personal Guide
  • conscious communication

THE TEACHINGS

To follow our “feeling” in each action and decision: this is what the teachings train us to do. Received from the Guides of the other dimension, they help us reach our essence by clearly explaining what we are, how we function and how we can transform ourselves.

The teachings aim to expand human consciousness until humanity can touch the reality of the other dimension of life, the dimension of soul and spirit, and integrate it into everyday life.

Profound and pure, the teachings touch the soul with their truth and their simplicity. They stimulate human beings to redefine and truly transform themselves, allowing them to embrace life in all of its dimensions as free and autonomous beings.

The teachings are transmitted through different activities (workshops, individual sessions and stays at the School of conscious life) designed to facilitate their diffusion and integration.

WHEN THE SCHOOL IS CLOSED

The School is open from May to October. During this period, Reine-Claire and Gaal are occupied full time by teaching (individual and group sessions, workshops, supervising the afternoon work periods) and overseeing the physical running of the school.

So what do they do from November to April, when everyone is gone…?

First of all, they integrate the teachings, exactly the same way they teach it to the students. They also intensify contact with their Guides. The Guides are always present in their lives, but the School being closed allows them to have more formal private sessions with them.

They also make use of “material” work. For example: They go to the woods and cut the trees that will provide them with firewood for heating and lumber for construction, both for the School and for their home. They do almost all the work themselves: logging the trees, transporting and stacking them; and to cut them into boards, they hire a man with a portable sawmill.

They also utilize this time to teach in Europe and Central America. And last but not least, a great part of this period is dedicated to writing their books.
